We scope first. The requirement is written down and agreed, and only then do you get a quote. If the scope changes later, the quote changes with it, in writing.
One person, from the first call to handover. Specialists work behind them and you can meet them, but you never have to chase five people for an answer.
Anything outside our skills. If a project needs something we are not good at, we tell you and, where we can, point you to someone who is.
